Creating again

I have been taking quite a big break from my Etsy shop and creating in general.  It seems after Tony started his new shift, I haven't had my little built in hour-and-a-half to work on my craft.  I am back at it with new energy, and very excited.  My list of requests from friends "when I get around to it" has gotten long and it was time to get started again.

So far, everything I have made has been to order.  I am hoping to build up an inventory and do some craft shows or create and then work on the marketing and selling side of my online boutique.


This may sound like a dumb excuse, but I haven't been sewing, etc since I last cleaned up my dining room.  I missed having that room looking pretty.  Tony and I have been trying to find a new spot for me to "set up shop" and create an office, but that alone will take a lot of time and work.  I got all anxious about it on Saturday and decided I was going to purge some of my clothes and use half of my giant closet as an office, but I cleaned maybe half the clothes off of the floor and lost focus.  Story of my life.


Anyway, here is what I have been busy at over the weekend.

The only thing that I made not reserved -- I am planning to list this bridal piece on my Etsy shop!
