"Papa and Gaga's in Misconsin"

My really great sleepers proved not to be so great last night.  Something about visiting Papa and Gaga's house in "Misconsin" got these two ladies all riled up. 
Naptime today was a necessity. 

I had every intention today of jumping on my mom's Wii Fit today, as I need to work out two more times this week.  I am holding my workout partners accountable and I appreciate their efforts to keep me accountable as well.  My friend Monica and her sister went as far as Richard Simmons tapes.  (Hilarious footage here.)  I, instead, found my baby brother's Halloween candy.  It is was quite the stash.

I got a lovely break for some much needed pampering and had my hair done in Hudson today.  Ultimissimo is one of the things I miss most about living in/near Hudson.  For dinner tonight I went to Reve 324 in Stillwater, with my old friend Caitlin (she's not really old, but we were very close in college) whose fiance owns the restaurant.  The food was awesome and I loved the atmosphere.  As sad as I was that my favorite Starbucks at Stillwater Grand Garage was closed down, Reve has taken their store-front. Between the finished bar, cozy booths, leather sectional and the fireplace (not to mention the awesome food) I fell in love. Matt Stabenow, owner, has done a beautiful job. I will count it as another favorite/gem that I am missing out on living two hours away :( .  I hope to get back with Tony sometimes without my two yr old trying to drink all of my wine.  I had to remind Lucy that we were back on the other side of the river where toddlers drinking alcohol is illegal.  Not like Misconsin :)

Tomorrow my mom is putting work on the back burner (rarely does this happen) to spend some time with the chickadees and me.  I am looking forward to a Target trip, some Caribou, and baking pies!!...OH!...and maybe that second workout of the week!

Today I am thankful for Ultimissimo (who, btw, will soon be carrying my headbands! yay!) and catching up with old friends over wine and a fireplace.  Mmm.
